Q: What are my payment options?
A: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, personal check or money order. Payment should be in U.S. funds, drawn on a U.S. bank. Please do not send cash by mail. To pay with a check or money order, place your order on-line as normal, but stop when you get to the "Invoice/Receipt" page. Print this page and send it, with your personal check, money order or cashier's check to:

Q: When will I receive my order?
A:  We generally ship orders within 5-7 business days from receipt of the order. We use USPS to deliver our products. Shipping time is usually 2-5 days unless you request Next Day at checkout. Please contact us for alternative shipping methods at customer-service@menekatpress.com. We ship from the Florissant, Missouri area.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q:  Will I be charged a sales tax?
A:  If you live in Missouri, you will be charged 7.075% sales tax. At this time we are not required to collect sales tax in other states.

Q:  Do you have a guarantee?
A:  We guarantee our items to be free of defects in craftsmanship and materials upon delivery. We thoroughly inspect each item before it is shipped. In the event you receive an item that has a defect we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Send an e-mail to customer-service@menekatpress.com with the information regarding the defect and we will send you a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns withour a return authorization number.

Q:  What is your return policy?
A:  If you are not happy with your item when you receive it, you may return it within 10 days for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping cannot be refunded) Send an e-mail to customer-service@menekatpress.com and we will e-mail you a return authorization number and shipping information.

Q:  Is ordering through your website secure?
A:  Yes! Our secure shopping cart is hosted by PayPal. With PayPal you can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or e-Check to pay for your  purchase. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay with your credit card. You will have the option when you are completing your order to use PayPal or use your credit card for a one-time payment.

Q: Do I have to order on-line?
A: We have made every effort to make sure our website ordering is secure. However, if you prefer to place your order by phone, you can call us at 314-856-5475 with your order information.
